Position Summary

Bounce ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experiencedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in thePerth Amboy and Freehold, NJ area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Qualifications

• CurrentBCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
• Experience providing ABA services to children withAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
