We are looking for a structured and proactive Working Student to support our SAP Process Experts team during the S/4HANA transition.

The role focuses onmonitoring progress, tracking open topics, and ensuring transparency of project status—not driving execution, but ensuring nothing falls behind unnoticed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly updatecentral tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, SAP tools, or project boards);
• Monitoropen points, action items, and project milestones;
• Follow up with team members to collectstatus updates;
• Identifydelays, bottlenecks, or inactivity and proactively flag them;
• Provideregular status overviews (e.g., weekly summaries, dashboards);
• Support preparation ofmanagement updates and reporting materials;
• Help improvetracking structure and transparency within the team.

• Currently enrolled student (no preferred domain);
• Strong organizational andattention-to-detail skills;
• Ability tostructure information clearly and logically;
• Good communication skills and confidence to follow up with stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset — able tospot risks or delays early;
• Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in English.
