Your contribution to something big:
We are looking for aSW Monitoring/DevOps Engineer with strong experience in theimplementation of user-facing monitoring systems and the creation of observability concepts. This role will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end monitoring solutions that address the needs of internal customers and business stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of userâfacing monitoring systems that provide realâtime visibility into application health, performance, and reliability across digital platforms;
- Define and develop observability concepts, including metrics strategies, logging standards, dashboards, and alerting principles aligned with business and internal customer needs;
- Architect endâtoâend monitoring solutions tailored to diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring scalability, robustness, and longâterm maintainability;
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to instrument applications and services, enabling highâquality telemetry and actionable insights;
- Support microserviceâbased and eventâdriven architectures with strong observability practices, including distributed tracing and event monitoring;
- Contribute handsâon to development tasks (Java, Python, or similar languages) when required for instrumentation, integration, or proofâofâconcept activities.
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- 3â5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar technical roles;
- Proven experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent;
- Experience working with microserviceâbased and eventâdriven architectures.
Knowâhow
- Strong understanding of metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting concepts;
- Experience developing inJava, Python, or other enterpriseâlevel programming languages;
- Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable monitoring architectures.

- Very good English skills;
