Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experiencedĀ SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2 (C4C V2)Ā andĀ SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Ā Technical Consultant. You will design, develop, and integrate modern, cloud-native customer experience solutions. This role focuses on leveraging the new V2 architecture and BTP services to build extensions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • V2 Implementation:Ā Design and develop extensions within the new SAP C4C V2 architecture.

  • BTP Development:Ā Build Side-by-Side extensions usingĀ SAP BTPĀ (CAP or RAP models).

  • Integration:Ā Create robust integrations between C4C V2, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and third-party systems usingĀ SAP Integration SuiteĀ (CPI).

  • UI Customisation:Ā Develop and modify user interfaces usingĀ SAP Build CodeĀ andĀ SAPUI5/Fiori.

  • Data Migration:Ā Manage data uploads, replication, and schema updates specific to V2 event-driven architecture.

  • Performance Tuning:Ā Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance and BTP resource consumption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP C4C V2 Expertise

  • Experience withĀ SAP Cloud for Customer Version 2Ā (Sales and Service Cloud).

  • Deep understanding of V2 microservices architecture and event-driven design.

  • Knowledge of V2 extensibility frameworks (In-app and Side-by-side).

  • Atleast 1 Implementation experience is preferred

SAP BTP & Technical Skills

  • Strong development experience inĀ SAP BTP Extension Suite.

  • Proficient inĀ Node.jsĀ orĀ JavaĀ using theĀ SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).

  • Hands-on experience withĀ SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI)Ā and Event Mesh.

  • Experience withĀ SAPUI5,Ā Fiori Elements, andĀ SAP Build.

General Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficient withĀ REST/OData APIs, JSON, and Webhook configurations.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and cloud deployment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

  • Experience:Ā 4 to 8 years in SAP CX/CRM domain, with at least 1ā€“2 years focused on BTP/V2.
