  •     Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts across Türkiye
  •     Oversee the development and performance management of the team
  •     Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team
  •     Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities
  •     Ensure adherence to application and operational standards
  •     Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence
  •     Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share
  •     Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards
  •     Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region
  •     Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules
  •     Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity
  •     Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance
  •     Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team
     
  • Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities
  • In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed
  • Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
