We are seeking a results-driven LogisticsKey Account to lead the strategic management and growth of our high-value logistics clients. You will serve as the primary trusted business partner for key accounts, driving retention, achieving high KPI performance, and delivering tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions. This role requires deep logistics expertise and strong client relationship sense
1. Strategic Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact window for assigned GB key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships with client stakeholders via customer profile set up; key customer visit; support customer BP/CF; support GB audit; cross function collaboration etc.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/KPIs) to align on performance, address pain points, and align with clients’ strategic supply chain goals.
- Big event support, like Spring Festival holiday, Golden Week holiday and warehouse relocation etc.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalations efficiently, and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with SLAs.
2. KPI Management
- Achieve assigned KPI performance
- Monthly KPI review with clients
- Monitor, analyze the OTD, damage and customer complaint deviations
- Conduct PDCA and CIP projects with LSP to fulfill client’s target
3. LSP Management
- Tender audit/LPC audit.
- LSP switch preparation and follow up to ensure new tender safe launch.
- Conduct regular meetings to review exceptions and follow up the improvement measures effectiveness.
- Attend QBR meeting to address pain points for improvement.
- Build strategic LSP partnership, and work as Level 2 Escalation handling.
4. Logistics Solution Design & Delivery
- Partner with operations, planning, and packing teams to design tailored end-to-end logistics solutions (e.g., new business road transport, new product packing way) that meet clients’ cost, speed, and compliance requirements.
- Implement master operating procedures (MOPs) for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between client teams, internal departments, and external carriers/vendors.
- Define and implement individual operation procedures (IOPs) for target clients.
- End-to-end transport order execution, from cargo picking up and final dispatch to last-mile delivery, ensuring operational excellence and issue resolution.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, finance, warehouse, and carrier management teams to align resources, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure consistent service quality.
- Provide regular updates to management on key account performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
6. Insights
- Monitor client’s business trends to identify opportunities and risks to proactively adapt strategies and solutions.
- Gather client feedback and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement in the company’s logistics services and offerings.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Professional Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management, or client management within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPI targets, driving customer satisfaction.
- Core Competencies
- Logistics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of transportation, warehousing, cold chain etc.
- Quality concept: Strong knowhow about quality, familiar with 4Q/8D/FMEA/PDCA/PSS etc.
- Relationship Management: Excellent ability to build and maintain good relationships with strong customer-orientation mindset.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal/written English communication skills; strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven account strategies aligned with client and business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve complex operational and client issues efficiently.
- Teamwork: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead and influence internal teams.
