In April 2021, we established Bosch’s first regionalHR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) in Vecsés. To support our growing international operation, we are looking formotivated, service-minded students with a strongcustomer focus and an interest in HR.

What you will do

• Support our multinational HR organization across thefull employee lifecycle (from onboarding to employee changes and offboarding)
• Manage incoming HR requests, ensuringaccurate handling, clear documentation, and timely resolution in line with defined guidelines
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related processes and policies as a reliable point of contact
• Support employee lifecycle activities includingonboarding,data changes, andoffboarding-related tasks
• Contribute to smooth HR operations by supporting process improvements and handling ad-hoc tasks when needed
• Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders to ensureseamless service delivery
• Work side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in adynamic, fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

What you bring

• Activefull-time student status at a college or university (BA or MA)
• Availability to workat least 30 hours/week for a minimum of6 months
• Native Serbian or Romanian language skills and agood command of English
• Strong interest in building experience in HR
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Reliability, ownership mindset, and a strong customer orientation
