āŗ Managing and following up on cases for various factories/divisions (GBs) and countries within the EMEA region
āŗ Communicating with factories/divisions (GBs) and Sales departments to ensure the execution of lawful foreign trade (FT) export operations
āŗ Preparing files and monitoring automated tasks for the follow-up service
āŗ Organizing the group mailbox and managing ESM (Enterprise Service Management) tickets
āŗ Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field
āŗ Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability
āŗ Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics
āŗ Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience
āŗ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
āŗ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
āŗ Good command of English
