This role supports the development and rollout ofstrategic B2B e-commerce platforms designed to simplify and enhance digital interactions between a global technology company and its business partners. These platforms aim to provide acentralized, user-friendly online environment for managing orders, customer data, and related processes, ensuring a seamless experience for professional clients across multiple countries.
The project focuses onmodernizing digital sales channels, integrating advanced enterprise systems, and aligning with global transformation initiatives to deliver scalable, efficient solutions for the future of B2B commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll outCustomer & User Data Management processes in our eShops.
  • Create concepts and processes in collaboration with sales departments and central teams.
  • Transform business process requirements into IT process requirements.
  • Implement defined processes with integration intoSAP ERP,Authentication & Authorization Services, andCustomer Master Data Systems.
  • Create test cases and perform testing of implemented IT requirements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of application-related documentation.
  • Degree in(Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • Strongcustomer orientation andchange management skills.
  • +5 years ofB2B e-commerce expertise in consulting or industry, focusing on platform implementation in the context ofS/4 HANA rollouts.
  • Understanding ofcomplex enterprise architectures with emphasis on eCommerce solutions; ideally experience integratingCMD,Central User Authentication & Authorization Services, andERP.
  • Experience inprocess and data modeling based onBPMN (desired).
  • Knowledge ofnew digital trends and motivation to learn continuously.
  • Agile project management skills with experience using tools such asAtlassian, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong team player with an open mindset for dynamic and fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working withcross-functional teams in an international setting.
  • Excellentpresentation and coordination skills.
  • English (C1).
