The Role

As aDevOps Engineering Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern development practices. You will work closely with experienced System and DevOps engineers on real‑world projects, contributing to the setup of a new Azure cloud environment while supporting day‑to‑day DevOps operations.

This internship is designed to help you grow towardindependent ownership of routine DevOps tasks, while actively contributing to improvements in efficiency, automation, and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with theSystem and DevOps teams to supportAzure cloud infrastructure, container migration initiatives, andGitHub Actions automation
• Contribute to thesetup of a new Azure cloud infrastructure, helping modernize and streamline existing processes
• Support the DevOps Engineer withdaily operational tasks, enabling focus on more complex engineering challenges
• Assist withcontainer‑based environments, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance
• Design, build, and maintainGitHub Actions workflows to automate development and deployment pipelines
• Gradually take ownership ofroutine Azure tasks, with the goal of working independently by the end of the traineeship
• Bringfresh ideas and contribute to improvingtechnical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing or have completed anMBO level 4 education inICT‑beheer orSoftware Development,or you are anHBO‑ICT student (3rd or 4th year) with a specialization in Infrastructure, Software Development, Cloud Engineering, or Computer Science
• Strong interest inDevOps, cloud technologies, and modern infrastructure engineering
• Comfortable working inEnglish, both verbally and in writing (technical documentation and team communication)
• Aproactive learner who is eager to explore and master modern, complex technologies
• Some experience withscripting or programming, such asPython, Bash, or PowerShell
• Curious, hands‑on mindset with the motivation to learn by doing and improve continuously
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a technical team
