åØerve as the front-end contact for all customer enquiries related to engineering and quality topics. ä½oordinate closely with customers in the North region to understand requirements, issues, and expectations. å¤articipate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to support project execution and issue resolution. åØupport part handling analysis (PHA), including failure analysis and root cause identification. å¬ork with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales) to ensure timely and effective solutions. ä¼¶rive customer satisfaction by ensuring quick response, transparency, and follow-up on open topics. åØupport new project discussions, product introductions, and change management from a customer interface perspective. ä½nsure proper documentation and tracking of customer issues and actions.
