Your contribution to something big:

  • Performproduct cost calculations across all phases: quotation, industrialization, and series production
  • Analyzecost impacts of engineering, BPS, and operational measures, including scenario comparisons
  • Track and validateactual cost developments after implementation
  • Identify and evaluatecost optimization potentials (ratio measures) within the plant
  • Supportlong-term planning and cost forecasting with the Business Unit
  • Monitor product cost performance and ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts
  • Providefast and reliable cost estimations for decision-making
  • Supportcontrolling activities (KPI reviews, reporting, and cost tracking validation)
  • Performdata and deviation analysis on key cost drivers (monthly reports, forecasts, YTD performance)

What distinguishes you:

Education:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • Experience inproduct costing, controlling, or manufacturing finance is a plus
  • Exposure toproduction environments or industrial processes is beneficial

Know-how:

  • Strong skills inExcel and data analysis
  • Ability to interpretproduction and technical data and translate it into cost insights
  • Good understanding offinancial and operational metrics

Languages:

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

Working Style and Methods:

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others

Personality:

  • Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
