Your contribution to something big:
- Performproduct cost calculations across all phases: quotation, industrialization, and series production
- Analyzecost impacts of engineering, BPS, and operational measures, including scenario comparisons
- Track and validateactual cost developments after implementation
- Identify and evaluatecost optimization potentials (ratio measures) within the plant
- Supportlong-term planning and cost forecasting with the Business Unit
- Monitor product cost performance and ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts
- Providefast and reliable cost estimations for decision-making
- Supportcontrolling activities (KPI reviews, reporting, and cost tracking validation)
- Performdata and deviation analysis on key cost drivers (monthly reports, forecasts, YTD performance)
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field
Experience:
- Experience inproduct costing, controlling, or manufacturing finance is a plus
- Exposure toproduction environments or industrial processes is beneficial
Know-how:
- Strong skills inExcel and data analysis
- Ability to interpretproduction and technical data and translate it into cost insights
- Good understanding offinancial and operational metrics
Languages:
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
Working Style and Methods:
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others
Personality:
- Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
