About the RoleÂ
We are looking for an experienced Gasoline system Calibration Expert to lead and support Base & Emission calibration activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on gasoline, CNG & flex fuel engine or vehicle emission calibration.Â
In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to develop vehicles and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead interactions with OEM customers and drive execution ofGasoline / CNG / Flex fuelfunctional calibration plan throughout the project lifecycle.Â
Review design and development artifacts to identify safety risks and define appropriate mitigation plans.Â
Engage and influence customer-side program and engineering stakeholders to align on safety expectations and project deliverables.Â
Support customer visits, project status reviews, and reporting activities, while contributing to project acquisition discussions.Â
Coach, mentor, and support project teams on functional calibration methods, processes, and best practices.Â
What We’re Looking ForÂ
8 to 10 years of relevant work experienceÂ
Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projectsÂ
Experience in calibrating torque-based control systems (gasoline and diesel) including emissions and climate developmentÂ
Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systemsÂ
Good knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniquesÂ
Ability to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Inca, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.Â
Experienced user of analytical software tools to handle large volumes of data.Â
Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical dataÂ
Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniquesÂ
Knowledge of coding/programming languagesÂ
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systemsÂ
Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulationÂ
Knowledge and experience INCA and ETAS tools.Â
Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)Â
Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with the minimum of supervision Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirementsÂ
Highly motivated, keen to learn and share knowledge. High attention to detailÂ
Excellent communication skills.Â
Flexibility to travel as and when requiredÂ
