About the RoleÂ
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support Gasoline & CNG functional calibration activities across the product development lifecycle, Project management activities including Customer Front Facing, Project Planning, Stake Holder Management, Timeline & Budget control, Deliveries management.Â
In this role, you will work closely with Global OEM customers (Japanese & European OEMs). This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong Project Management Skills.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead interactions with OEM customers towards Requirements Engineering, Bridging between customer & Bosch Internal Stake HoldersÂ
Driving Projects w.r.t. Functional Calibration, Co Ordination with Stake Holders on Driving Technical TopicsÂ
Technical Project Management: Project Planning, Timeline management, Deliveries & Quality Control, Resource Management, Project Cost Estimation & Budgetary ManagementÂ
Lead Project Acquisitions, Project Initiations, Project Documentation, Audit Requirements Preparation, Reports & Project Closure Activities Â
Customer Meetings Drive, project status reviews, and reporting activitiesÂ
Leading Team & Guide on Technical Aspects, Daily Project & Department Activities ManagementÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
10 to 12 years of relevant work experience (Mechanical / Automotive)Â
Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projectsÂ
Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systemsÂ
Participation in customer discussion and updating the status on regularlyÂ
Customer Front Facing; Customer Project ManagementÂ
Experience in working with Global OEMsÂ
Experience in Stake Holder management, Cost Control, Project PlanningÂ
Experience in Test Vehicle Management as per the predefine procedureÂ
Experience in Automation and tools developmentÂ
Good Skills in Leading Teams & Day-to-day Project ActivitiesÂ
Good knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniquesÂ
Ability to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.Â
Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical dataÂ
Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniquesÂ
Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systemsÂ
Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulationÂ
Knowledge and experience INCA and ETAS tools.Â
Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)Â
Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with the minimum of supervision.Â
Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirementsÂ
Highly motivated, keen to learn and share knowledge. High attention to detailÂ
Excellent communication skills.Â
Flexibility to travel as and when requiredÂ
