As anAI Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create real business impact. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will shape product vision, translate complex requirements into actionable insights, and ensure that innovative digital solutions deliver measurable value across the organization.

You will work in a cross-functional, international environment and contribute directly to Bosch’s digital transformation journey.

Your contribution to something big:

• Define and evolve theproduct vision and roadmap by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Analyze business needs (industrial, financial, or other domains) and translate them intoclear functional and non-functional requirements for development and data engineering teams.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based onbusiness value, feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
• Definesuccess metrics, monitor the performance of AI solutions, and communicate results transparently to stakeholders.
• Act as thevoice of the customer, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and provide a seamless experience.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication acrossbusiness, design, and development teams within an agile setup.

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Degree inManagement, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus onprocess analysis, project management, or technology.

Experience

• Proven experience as aProduct Owner in software development projects.
• Experience withAI, data-driven, or digital solutions is a strong advantage.

Know-how

• Solid understanding ofAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and makedata-driven decisions.
• Experience withrequirements and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge ofdata visualization and analytics tools such asTableau and Power BI.

Languages

• Proficiency inEnglish (spoken and written).
• Additional languages are considered a plus.

Working style and methods

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Comfortable working withcross-functional teams in an agile and international environment.

Personality

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment.
