• Administration in QinP/PM office including but not limited to:
     -Travel arrangement, calendar management, meeting organization, reimbursement check, pre-check of documents and requisitions prior to PM signature, company chop usage management, gift management.
• Internal communication in QinP:
     -Collect, setup and distribute general information and announcements for PM.
     -Internal communication covering lobby, canteen, BGN, QinP Community and QinP express.
     -Contact person for internal communication with departments from headquarters.
• Event organization:
     -Staff meeting, annual dinner, family day, charity activities, etc.
• Other delegated tasks from PM.

  • Bachelor's degree, good English communication skills both in oral and writing, knowledge of German would be a plus.
  • Years of experience in assistant / secretary tasks.
  • Administration experience (organizing events & processes, basic finance & cost control).
  • Experienced in story-telling, communication and developing relationships.
