- Key Acquisition Award
- Customer relationship development and maintain with openness, honesty and trust character
- Drives sales turnover& profit growth for assigned key accounts
- Coordinate different department well within customer and company internally
- PCR negotiation
- Passion for changes, new things, open mind and active learner
- At least 3 years' experience in automotive OEM-area, COEM experience is preferred
- Seek, find and gain new business with strategy and planning
- Negotiates pricing ,volume, and terms per the approved pricing policies
- Maximize company financial and strategic objective
- Lead and support team to solve problem and achieve our target
- Result orientation, can work with pressure and enjoy competition
- Familiar with chassis system or mechanic parts is prefer
