About the Role:
We are looking for anAssociate Campaign Operations Specialist to join our CampaignĀ Operations team in Pune. The role will support the execution, monitoring, troubleshooting,Ā and optimization ofdigital advertising, programmatic, and social (Omni-Channel)Ā campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with campaign operations,Ā optimization, troubleshooting, audience management, campaign analytics, andĀ advertising/marketing technology platforms. Experience withDSPs/SSP’s such as XandrĀ (AppNexus), Beeswax, DV360, CM360, Centro, The Trade Desk, GAM, OpenX, andĀ Pubmatic.Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua,Ā Mailchimp, or Constant Contact is preferred.Ā 

The role requires a high degree of individual ownership and accountability, with the abilityĀ to independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues,Ā support Go-to-Market teams, and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales,Ā and Customer Success.

Key Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience inProgrammatic/Digital Advertising, AdTech, CampaignĀ Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, MAPs, CRMs, or similar advertising/marketingĀ platforms.
• Understanding of campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, budgets,Ā pacing, bidding, scheduling, creatives, tracking, and delivery.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance, optimization and troubleshootingĀ under-delivery, pacing, targeting, creative, configuration, and tracking issues.
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics such asimpressions, clicks, CTR, CPM,Ā CPC, conversions, CPA, reach, frequency, and ROI.
• Experience creating, launching, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on email andĀ demand-generation campaigns.
• Experience with CRM/MAP platforms such asSalesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua,Ā Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong proficiency inExcel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables,Ā XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge ofHTML5, email HTML, ad creative specifications, tracking pixels,Ā UTM parameters, and landing-page troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends,Ā anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Knowledge ofABM and intent-based marketingis a plus.

What You'll Do
Campaign Operations & Troubleshooting
• Manage day-to-day operations fordigital advertising, programmatic, and socialĀ (Omni-Channel) campaigns.
• Review and validate campaign setup, targeting, budgets, schedules, creatives,Ā tracking, and other configurations.
• Monitor active campaigns fordelivery, pacing, performance, and operational issuesĀ and take corrective action.
• Identify campaigns that have not delivered impressions or email workflows that haveĀ not executed within defined thresholds.
• Review campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot campaign, creative, tracking, and platform issues and work withĀ DSP/MAP partners to resolve them.
• Troubleshootcreative audit failuresand coordinate resolution with relevantĀ platform teams.

Go-to-Market & Customer Support
• Respond toSalesforce tickets, Slack requests, emails, and other support channelsĀ from Sales, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Support CSMs withcustomer onboarding, campaign setup, ad specifications,Ā platform functionality, and campaign-related questions.
• Translate customer requirements into clear campaign and operational requirements.
• Provide timely updates and escalate complex technical or product issues withĀ appropriate documentation.
• Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to campaign processesĀ and customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner withProduct, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external platformĀ partnersto resolve operational and technical issues.
• Document product and feature requests with relevant business context andĀ customer use cases.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features, campaign workflows, andĀ operational processes.
• Contribute toroot-cause analysis, process improvements, and operationalĀ efficiency.
• Create and maintaintroubleshooting guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing sessions for Sales and Customer SuccessĀ teams.

Creative Operations
• Review and validate digital ad creatives against campaign and platformĀ specifications.
• Create, modify, test, or troubleshoot creatives when required.
• Coordinate creative requirements with internal teams, customers, and platformĀ partners.

What We're Looking For
•BE/BTech/BS or equivalent bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,Ā Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience inDigital Advertising, AdTech, CampaignĀ Operations, Programmatic, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
• Strong understanding ofcampaign execution, monitoring, troubleshooting,Ā optimization, and reporting.
• Experience working with at least oneDSP, SSP, MAP, CRM, or advertising technology platform.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency inExcel/Google Sheets.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functionalĀ teams.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work inrotational shifts based on business requirements.

• Experience withXandr (AppNexus), Beeswax, Campaign Manager 260, DV360,Ā Centro, The Trade Desk, Openx, Google Ad Manager, Pubmaticor similar DSPs,
• Experience with6sense, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, orĀ similar platforms.
• Knowledge ofABM, intent data, email deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and digitalĀ advertising standards.
• Experience withHTML5, ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, or creative troubleshooting.
• Experience withLooker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, APIs, scripting, or processĀ automation.
• Experience in aSaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or B2B technology environment.
