We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments, skill-based assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluationsÂ
- Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and/or behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on assessment data, progress, patient needs, and clinical judgementÂ
- Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child careÂ
- Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environmentsÂ
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements. Â
- Maintain ethical, child-centered practice and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines Â

QualificationsÂ
- Master’s degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related fieldÂ
- Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACBÂ
- Active LBA licensure in good standing with the state of WashingtonÂ
- Preferred experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, and other clinically appropriate tools)Â
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required by the BACB or willingness to obtainÂ
- Preferred experience working with individuals ages 2-18 with autism and/or other related developmental disabilitiesÂ
- Strong teamwork and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to build rapport and work compassionately with familiesÂ
- Ability to remain calm, adaptive, and positive in dynamic situationsÂ
