The Role: Senior Strategic Consultant

We are seeking an autonomous, big-picture thinker to join our global consulting team. As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will drive customer-centric transformational changewithin some of our most critical global accounts, where you will own the strategic direction and act as the senior voice in the room, engaging directly with C-suite executives to design multi-year roadmaps that turn technology investments into lasting business value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategy-Led Design: Lead the design phase for strategic accounts, coordinating workstreams to develop transformation roadmaps supported by robust business cases. 
• AI-Led Innovation: Champion AI-driven transformation across client engagements, identifying where intelligent automation and agentic workflows can reshape how the front office operates.
  

• Agnostic Advisory: Provide source-agnostic advice across MarTech, CRM, and Data stacks (Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.), ensuring decisions are centered on client excellence.  

• Commercial Growth: Support the sales team in the pre-sales process by providing strategic insights, scoping engagements, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing rosters.  

• Change Facilitation: Act as a coach for clients’ change management programs to ensure successful adoption and optimization beyond implementation.  

Ideal Background: 

• Required Experience:Candidates must have held dedicated advisory, consulting or strategy roles in previous positions.
• Consulting Pedigree: Previous strategy or solution consulting experience within Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation (Big Four or specialized transformation boutiques). 

• Sector Expertise: Proven experience delivering transformation within the Financial Services sector.  

• Technical Breadth: Broad knowledge across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, as well as centralized data infrastructure like Snowflake.  

• Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Anticipated Salary Range:  

The anticipated pay range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 annual base salary. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
