We are working alongside A senior business operator is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the operational and administrative backbone of a fast-moving, multi-market business.Â
The portfolio spans Australia, Europe and beyond - media, education, consulting and corporate advisory. You will coordinate office systems, manage administrative workflows, supervise support resources and keep the business support function running smoothly across Australian operations and a genuinely global calendar, with occasional travel to Melbourne and the capability to work European hours when needed.Â

What you will be responsible for:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, workflow coordination and administrative priorities to keep the business running efficientlyÂ
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain service standardsÂ
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefings and administrative documents for internal and external useÂ
- Coordinate office administration, business support tasks and team workflows across systems and platformsÂ
- Manage office administration including expenses, invoicing, supplier coordination, records upkeep and accounts supportÂ
- Support personnel administration where required, including onboarding, leave coordination, training logistics and routine HR paperworkÂ
- Travel to Melbourne occasionally to support meetings, administrative matters and operational engagementsÂ
- Exercise sound judgement, allocate priorities and operate with minimal supervisionÂ
- Prior experience in office management, business operations or senior administrative support - essentialÂ
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams, business owners or international stakeholders - highly regardedÂ
- The capability and genuine willingness to work European hours when the calendar demands itÂ
- Strong written communication - you prepare documents and communications the business relies onÂ
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to represent the business externallyÂ
- Spanish and/or German language skills - not required, but very useful and a strong plusÂ
- A bachelorâs degree or higher in Business, Management, Administration or equivalentÂ
- Full-time role based in Manly, NSW.
- Hybrid working and occasional Melbourne travel covered.
