About the role

As aSourcing & Procurement Process Manager, you will lead the delivery of sourcing and procurement transformation projects, while contributing to broader supply chain and data-driven initiatives.

You combineproject delivery, team leadership, and commercial impact, acting as a hands-on lead across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadend-to-end delivery of sourcing & procurement and supply chain projects

• Act as adelivery lead, ensuring high-quality execution across engagements

• Supportbusiness development and contribute to winning new projects

• Manage and develop ateam of consultants

• Contribute todata and analytics initiatives, aligned with the growing focus on digital and AI

You will quickly integrate into ongoing projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and strengthen the overall consulting capability

About you

You are a versatile consulting professional who combinesstrong execution capabilities with leadership and commercial acumen.

You bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting

• Proven track record as aproject or workstream lead with hands-on delivery responsibility

• Expertise insourcing & procurement process design

• Experience indata analytics and data-driven projects

• Demonstrated ability tolead and develop teams

• Exposure tobusiness development or consulting sales

• Experience with tools such asSAP (e.g. Ariba, Business Network), BlueYonder, or similar

• Strongstakeholder management,problem-solving, anddelivery skills

• You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model

Nice-to-have:

• Experience inlife sciences, pharma, medtech, or FMCG

• Familiarity withdata platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and tools such asSQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
