Blaze is building the AI CFO for modern businesses 🤖💰
We're a YC S24 company backed by General Catalyst, creating the agentic finance platform where AI agents move money and manage finances autonomously. Licensed as an MSB and VASP, we serve 50+ countries with instant settlement powered by stablecoin rails.
Real talk: This isn't a "shadow and take notes" internship. You'll be doing actual sales work from day one — building relationships, closing deals, and earning commission on what you close. Think of it as an intensive crash course in B2B sales at a fast-growing YC fintech.
💼 What You'll Do
- Send 50-100 personalized outreach messages per day via email and LinkedIn to agencies, SaaS companies, and service businesses
- Book and conduct 3-5 discovery calls per week — qualifying prospects and demoing our AI CFO
- Close deals and earn commission (we'll train you on the full sales process)
- Build AI sales agents and automated outreach sequences to scale your pipeline
- Track prospects through our CRM and analyze campaign performance (Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Identify new target segments and refine our ICP strategy based on what's converting
🎯 Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university
- Excellent written communication (English required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Not afraid of rejection (sales means lots of "no"s before "yes"s)
- Available 20-40 hours per week for 3-6 months
