A DAY IN THE LIFE Â
Establish andmaintain high morale while supervising construction crews,demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspection are completedÂ
Lead and perform JHA’s during Foreman’s Daily Huddle meetingsÂ
Ensure Equipment Walk-around, DOT Vehicle, and pre-operational inspections are routinely and fully completedÂ
Produce highly productive cycle times for labor, equipment, and materials, andidentify and evaluate job cost reduction strategiesÂ
Collaborate with the Trade Superintendent when issuing conduct warnings to ensure consistency with the employee handbook, the jobsite, and the company.Â

WHAT YOU’LL NEED Â
One year of experience supervising or working on a construction crewÂ
Working knowledge of cranes, hand signals and load charts  Â
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug TestÂ
Willingness to travel andrelocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)Â
