Available Homes Officer

Salary: £35,809 to £41,713 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Birmingham, Lombard House– hybrid working arrangement

Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact until July 2027

We’re seeking an Available Homes Officer to join our teamand play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes.

The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.

We’re seeking someone with excellent team working skills, a positive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement.
