General Summary
General Summary
Responsible for developing, writing, and maintaining content on various internal and external communication channels for BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries (BBG).
Will write, edit, and coordinate publications, news releases, newsletters, brochures, blogs, website content, video/phone scripts, leadership presentations, intranet content and other high-level communications.
Will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information.
Will develop and implement internal communications campaigns, including graphics and text, across multiple communications channels.
Will develop methods for measuring effectiveness of those campaigns.
Will manage and develop content for external email newsletters.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
· Develop and produce printed and digital materials for internal and external audiences.
· Set up and implement internal communications campaigns, including graphic design and text, across variable channels.
· Manage, develop, and distribute content for external email newsletters.
· Serve as design editor for internal communications, assuring they adhere to a specific style for design and word use.
· Develop and report on metrics to gauge effectiveness of communications campaigns.
· Write engaging news articles, media releases, intranet stories and public service announcements.
· Take and edit photos and video as needed for departmental and organizational needs.
· Design content as needed for internal communications outlets.
· Review and edit email marketing campaign materials.
· Write, evaluate, proofread, verify and edit internal and external content to include advertising copy, articles, testimonials, brochures, video and phone scripts, bulletins, catalogs, letters, newsletters, programs, proposals, speeches, reports, photos and videos, email communications, etc.
· Maintain and update the organization’s mobile app.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of projects.
· Interview sources when appropriate for internal and external communication platforms.
· Conduct and ensure proper inventory of department literature.
· Ensure publication projects meet quality standards, follow style guidelines, and convey consistency.
· Serve as a backup on specialty communications media, including text communications system and digital signage.
· Develop and maintain systems, processes, policies and procedures that support efficient and quality workflow.
· Maintain a close working relationship with the departmental management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Non-Essential Tasks
· Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
· Run departmental errands as directed.
Education
Required Minimum Education
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Preferred Education
Licenses and/or Certifications
· Valid United States Driver’s License
Experience
Required Minimum Experience
· Requires five or more years or more years of journalism, publications, public relations, marketing, or related experience.

Knowledge
· Must have knowledge of journalism, public relations, media, and/or developing publications.
· Must have previous work experience with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Must have general knowledge of Adobe Suite products.
· Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Skills
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to include grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
· Advanced bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
· Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.

· Must be able to keep information confidential.
· Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
· Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently.
· Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the general public, employees and management staff.

Working Environment & Travel Requirements
Works in well-lighted, air-conditioned and heated vehicle or office environments, but may work in confined spaces and non-climate controlled conditions.
May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment.
May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend to include being on-call. Occupational Exposure Assignment - Category II
Travel Requirements
Occasional out of town and overnight stays required.
Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to drive on behalf of the organization.
Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours.
Requires ability to reach, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing corrected to a normal range.
