About the role:

Thanks to our growing customer base, we're looking for aSenior Data Architect who builds, leads, and delivers.You'll design cloud data solutions, drive client engagements, and contribute to proposals that close deals. Technical depth isa must – but so is the ability to lead a room.

Whatwillyou do:

• You'll get into the details, own the technical direction, and make things happen – across engineering, client work, and everything in between 

• You'll design and build data pipelines and architectures that areproduction-ready – using Databricks or Snowflake, Azure,dbt, Matillion, or whatever the right tool is for the job. You set the standard, review the work, and make sure qualitydoesn't slip when deadlines get tight 

• You'll lead client engagements end-to-end – from the first requirementscall to architecture sign-off. That means translating business problems into clean technicalsolutions
  and being the person in the room who both sides trust 

• You'll help with pre-sales too – as someone who shapes the proposal, runs the PoC, and gives clients confidence before the contract is even signed. 

• You'll grow the team – mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge through tech sessions and webinars, and creating an environment where peopleactually get better at their craft

What doweexpect: 

• Proven experience in data engineering and solution architecture – you've led complex, enterprise-scale deployments and have the client scars to prove it 

• Deep hands-on experience with Azure as your primary cloud platform – Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, and the broader Azure ecosystem 

• Strong practical experience with Databricks and Snowflake –you've designed and delivered production solutions on both 

• Solid track record of building data warehouses on-prem and in the cloud, with strong data modeling fundamentals 

• Experience writing technical proposals and RFP responses – you can translate architecture decisions into language that wins deals 

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from engineers to C-level stakeholders who want the big picture 

• Conceptual understanding of ML and GenAI architectures – you know where they fit and how to design for them 

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to take a project from whiteboard to production without losing momentum 

• Fluent Czech and Englishon a professional level
