Reconciliation Clerk

Responsibility Profile:  

• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly. 

• Compile data, reports, andfigures for review. 

• Ensure communication is routed to the appropriate parties. 

• Greet all visitors, employees, and other people with a polite and professional manner. 

• Conduct research as necessary on various company topics. 

• Attend meetings, conferences, andteams/zoom calls. 

• Set up conference rooms for meetings and conferences. 

• Help direct employees with concerns to the appropriate parties. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• One (1)yearworkexperience. 

• High School Diploma.
