About the Role :
As a Growth Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the execution of acquisition and engagement campaigns aimed at growing business. You will work closely with Marketing Ops, Product, CRM, Design and Regional teams to launch campaigns that attract new user and improve user engagement. This is a highly executional and commercially focused role for someone passionate about Fintech markets and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibility :
- Execute and coordinate acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across global markets.
- Support the launch of competitions, arenas, seasonal promotions, referral campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing campaign mechanics, reward structures, and user engagement initiatives designed to increase digital asset activity.
- Coordinate campaign execution across app, website, CRM, push notifications, EDMs, social media, and paid marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage external social media agency responsible for executing company X (Twitter) channel.
- Own the content direction, campaign briefing, and performance outcomes of all social media activities.
- Review, approve, and optimize agency-created content including posts, campaign creatives, and engagement activities.
- Ensure social content aligns with trading campaigns, market narratives, and product priorities.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, campaign conversions) and provide feedback to agency for optimization.
- Identify the fintech market trends and ensure agency content reflects relevant market movements and narratives.
- Track key business metrics including registrations, deposits, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-campaign performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behaviour to generate actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Social Media, Community Management, or related roles.
- Prior experience working in fintech or financial services industries preferred
- Experience managing X (Twitter) accounts, communities, or social media channels.
- Familiarity with fintech market trends and blockchain ecosystems.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to support communication with regional stakeholders and business partners
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and demonstrated interest in Fintech are encouraged to apply.
