Adult Indoor Soccer Official

Purpose of the Role

The Adult Indoor Soccer Official is responsible forofficiating indoor adult soccer games and ensuring asafe, positive, and fair environment for all participants. 

Key Responsibilities

• Officiate indoor adult soccer matches according to established rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for players, spectators, and staff.
• Provide excellent guest service to participants and spectators.
• Follow facility operations, safety, and emergency procedures (e.g., fire alarms, injuries).
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials.
• Work efficiently and accurately, making sound decisions in line with established guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Work Schedule

• Primarily weekday evenings for leagues; occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of soccer rules and game officiating.
• Ability to handle emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
