We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Logistics Systems division, responsible for Poland and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to regional sales strategy with emphasis mainly on the CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) and W&D (Warehouse & Distribution) segments.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Develop and expand relationships with existing customers, understanding their long-term needs and investment cyclesÂ
- Identify and engage new prospects, qualifying opportunities and building a strong sales pipelineÂ
- Act as trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and offering tailored intralogistics solutionsÂ
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality proposals and solutionsÂ
- Support preparation of technical and commercial documentation and presentationsÂ
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape business strategyÂ
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline, activities, and performance metricsÂ
- Participate in contract negotiations and strategic sales planningÂ

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field Â
- Strong understanding of logistics systems and distribution center operations Â
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsÂ
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing rolesÂ
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersÂ
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsÂ
- Fluency in English and PolishÂ
- Willingness to travel (occasionally / travel abroad several times a year/mainly short business trips)Â
- Interest in AI and willingness to apply it in daily tasks, ensuring responsible, ethical, and safe use
