YOUR TASKSÂ
- Manage key global HR projectsÂ
- Enable organizational steering through data insights and analyticsÂ
- Ensure HR standards, policies, processes are in place and aligned with HR strategyÂ
- Establish and maintain appropriate and effective global HR governance rules (in alignment with other HR and non-HR functions)Â
- Define global labor law related governance standardsÂ
- Gatekeeper for HCM system and overarching HR process architecture (particularly reflected in Workday)Â
- Competence Centre for Compensation and BenefitsÂ
- Ensure HR compliance (e.g., CSRD) by leading the implementation, managing ongoing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet legal HR requirements (such as CSRD or the EU Pay Transparency Act)
YOUR PROFILEÂ
Â
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fieldÂ
- Several years of progressive HR experience including global governance and HR systems managementÂ
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global HR frameworks, policies, and compliance standardsÂ
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving HR transformation initiatives on an international scaleÂ
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and HR process designÂ
- Solid knowledge of HR analytics and reporting toolsÂ
- Expertise in strategic HR planning and program management methodologiesÂ
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural environmentsÂ
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsÂ
- Ability to lead global initiatives and to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization.Â
- Fluency in EnglishÂ
