Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position involves analyzing data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions to enhance business processes and tools. The role supports the implementation of scalable best practices, monitors key performance indicators, and communicates progress to stakeholders. By applying expert knowledge and fostering strong partnerships, the Senior Analyst contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
About the team:
The Walmart Imports Seller Onboarding team ensures a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for Marketplace sellers joining the Imports program. Serving as the initial operational contact, the team collaborates with Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Global Transportation, Trade Compliance, Seller Support, and Analytics to enable sellers’ successful launch. Beyond daily operations, the team leverages data and insights to identify process gaps, enhance workflows, and drive automation that reduces manual effort. Members develop scalable solutions, standard procedures, and partner cross-functionally to continuously improve Walmart Imports as the program expands globally.
What you'll do:

Lead analysis and execution of onboarding and operational workflows to improve partner experience and reduce friction
Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable processes, tools, and standard operating procedures
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs (e.g., onboarding timelines, issue resolution SLAs, operational efficiency) to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
Identify process gaps, root causes, and failure points; develop scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and operational risk
Support the transition from manual to automated/self-service workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of onboarding processes
Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely issue resolution and consistent partner experience across channels

What you'll bring:

2 years of experience building SOPs and automation processes
2 years of experience in international shipping/supply chain
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or BI tools to generate insights and support decision-making
Experience in technological tools, operations and business analysis, within a fast-paced environment
2 years of experience of proven ability to work and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
Experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and operationalizing processes at scale
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach
Previous experience with workflow automation tools and AI agents preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
