Benefits Analyst : 26-03009

This role is responsible for managing and resolving employee healthcare benefit inquiries and issues as a primary point of contact. You will also administer key benefits platforms and ensure accurate communication of program details. The position involves supporting various benefit programs, special projects, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for healthcare-related escalations.
• Administer and update content within benefits enrollment systems.
• Review and ensure accuracy of all healthcare communication materials.
• Coordinate logistics and support for healthcare-related events.
• Assist with the management of benefit program compliance.

Must-Have Skills:

• US health and welfare benefits expertise.
• Knowledge of relevant benefits legislation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with US health and welfare benefits administration, including a solid understanding of relevant compliance regulations, is highly preferred.
