Role Overview🚀

As a Project Manager within our Services team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including implementations, renewals, and change initiatives. From initial sales handover through to go-live and aftercare, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured planning, and proactive risk management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.Youwillplayakeyroleinmaintainingdeliveryquality,ensuringcustomersatisfaction,andsupportinglong-termvaluerealisation.

Responsibilities🤘

• Ownandmaintaincoreprojectdocumentation,includingprojectplans,RAIDlogs,andstatusreporting

• Leadstructuredprojectplanningandexecution,identifyingearlywarningsignsandkeepingprojectsontrack

• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,buildingstrongandtrustedrelationships

• Managescope,timelines,risks,issues,dependencies,andescalationseffectively

• Coordinateandaligncross-functionaldeliveryteamstoensureprogressandaccountability

• Drivedeliveryperformance,ensuringmilestonesaremetandoutcomesareachieved

• Facilitate problem-solvingwithinternalteamsandcustomerstakeholderstoovercomechallenges

• Ensurereadinessforgo-liveandsupportthroughhypercarephases

• Maintainclear,consistentcommunicationacrossallstakeholders

What are we looking for?🔎

• ProvenexperiencedeliveringcustomerimplementationorchangeprojectsasaProjectManager,ideallywithinSaaSortechnology-enabledservices

• Strongabilitytomanagemultipleconcurrentprojectswithcompetingprioritieswhilemaintainingqualityandpredictability

• Experiencewithdeliverygovernanceframeworks,includingRAIDmanagement,milestonetracking,andchangecontrol

• Demonstratedexpertiseinscopeandchangecontrol,managingimpactontimelines,resources,andcommercialoutcomes

• Abilitytomanagedependenciesacrosscross-functionalteamssuchasSolutionConsulting,Implementation,QA,DataServices,andEngagementStudio

• Strongstakeholdermanagementskills,withexperiencebuildingtrustedrelationshipsandinfluencingdecision-making

• Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytodeliverclearupdates,documentation,andpresentations

• Comfortablehandlingescalationsanddrivingdecisionswithclarityandconfidence

• Highlyorganised,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleworkstreamsandmaintaindeliverymomentum

• Hands-onexperiencewithprojectmanagementtools(e.g.MicrosoftProject,Jira,Airtable,Rocketlane)andmethodologiessuchasAgileandWaterfall

• Fluency in English
