Event & Wedding Setup

Beets Hospitality Group is a family-owned hospitality company that operates two of Pleasanton’s premier event venues: Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery and The Palm Event Center.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to help prepare our venues for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that is essential to making each event run smoothly. You’ll work with a team to set up rooms, move furniture and equipment, and make sure every space is clean, organized, and ready for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Set up beautiful event spaces according to event plans
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and other equipment
• Make sure every detail is clean, polished, and event-ready
• Keep equipment and storage areas organized
• Work closely with our event team to help each celebration run smoothly

Schedule

Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Some flexibility is needed based on our event schedule.
