The Role
This is a B2B, relationship-driven outside sales role in the disaster restoration industry.
You’ll build a referral partner and commercial client network who consistently send business your way, including:
- Insurance Agents & Adjusters
- Plumbers, HVAC & Contractors
- Property Managers
- Facility Managers
You are not chasing one-off deals—you are building a repeatable pipeline through trust and positioning.

This is a structured sales environment, not trial-and-error.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming
- Conduct in-person meetings and relationship development
- Run consultative conversations, not product pitches
- Track pipeline and activity in CRM
- Work closely with operations to ensure strong outcomes
- Consistently build toward predictable deal flow

Who Succeeds
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Comfortable building a local sales territory from zero
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Experience building relationships with local commercial referral partners; knowledge of restoration, construction, or insurance referral channels is a plus
- Experience working with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, roofing companies, or other local commercial contacts is a plus
- Experience with consultative selling and territory planning is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with consistent CRM-driven pipeline management and basic pipeline reporting, is a plus
- Experience with mobile field-sales tools is a plus

Compensation
- Compensation: $60K USD/year base salary, with uncapped commission and $100K+ income potential
