Office Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivatedCivil Engineer to join our Construction team in Limassol, with a focus oncost control, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring across large-scale development projects.

This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer with experience in site execution or project coordination who wishes to further develop incost management and project financial performance within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and control of project budgets.
• Monitor construction costs and compare them against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports for internal review.
• Review cost deviations and assist in identifying corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in the review of subcontractor valuations and invoices.
• Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects (site, project management, or cost control).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
