What You'll Do:
- Own, review, and process incoming client syndication and enablement requests from internal colleagues and external clients, assigning them to appropriate queues.
- Research and analyze enablement requests, verifying client authorizations and contractual limitations via Salesforce to ensure high network data integrity.
- Set up and map client configurations for syndication utilizing internal tools, validating that configurations are fully accurate and optimizing source content for eligible reviews.
- Utilize internal systems and tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve low-to-medium complexity configuration and mapping errors.
- Directly assist in managing and clearing work queues during periods of high volume or critical coverage needs.
- Maintain internal processes, standard workflows, and operational playbooks that support standard embedded implementation enablement, support escalations, and paid Network Services offers.
- Manage assigned operational and strategic initiatives, driving them from initiation to completion through focused individual effort and collaboration.
- Utilize strategic tools, ticketing systems, and operational data to analyze trends, monitor queue health, and deliver insights that inform team volume goals and process improvements.
- Provide clear guidance and operational recommendations on non-standard syndication requests within the scope of team workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to process improvements impacting broader network operations and the delivery of Network-aware offerings.
- Facilitate and present internal training sessions, clearly explaining syndication offerings, process modifications, and workflow changes as required.
- Step in to provide hands-on assistance to support delivery and assist with client-facing training sessions when necessary to resolve issues.
What You'll Need:
- Highly detail-oriented with an innate focus on precision, data integrity, and figuring out what makes things tick.
- Possesses excellent communication tactics, allowing both internal colleagues and external clients to fully grasp technical issues, workflow logic, and resolution requirements.
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates the agility to go above and beyond to surpass expectations and assist the team with impromptu or escalated projects.
- 2ā3 years of professional experience in technical operations, data analysis, or a related workflow/technical support capacity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or JIRA ticketing and workflow management systems.
- Demonstrated experience with data verification, mapping, playbook maintenance, or system configuration troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of driving assigned initiatives from start to finish.
- Bachelorās Degree (or equivalent practical job experience).
