Pre Sales and Bidding Specialist

Bally’s Intralot is looking for aPresales & Bidding Specialistwithin our Presales & Bidding team.Your role will be to craft high quality, compelling and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Company’s value proposition. You will transform complex technical and business information into structured, persuasive proposals that effectively align with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the bid preparation process for selected accounts, ensuring responses are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications.

• Develop persuasive content for RFPs/ RFIsensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company’s value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.

• Support bid managers in coordinating contributions from a variety of functionsand teams including sales/account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal and technical teams, as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties

• Maintain and enhance the proposal content library,by re-writing/ editing proposal responses, re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.

• Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant industry-related fields (i.e. gaming platforms, player account management, infrastructure and telecoms, implementation services, operational services).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing within a presales or bidding environment.

• Familiarity with public procurement processes and compliance frameworks.

• Understanding of hardware & software procurement, system architectures, and IT solutions.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to structure complex information into clear, persuasive proposals.

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

• Fluency in Greek & English, both written and spoken.
