·Proficient in interpreting complex data sets and generating actionable insights Familiarity with financial products such as rates equities and secured financing transactions SFTs

·Strong knowledge of the Capital Markets domain including regulatory and compliance aspects

·Experience in utilizing business analysis methodologies to support project delivery within the Capital Markets sector

·Skilled in using data analysis tools and platforms relevant to Capital Markets Understanding of software development life cycle SDLC processes and their application in financial services projects

·Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends and technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

·Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements related to Capital Markets products

·Conduct detailed analysis of market data and business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

·Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that enhance trading risk management and reporting capabilities
