1)制定并维护质量计划、检验标准及培训资料等质量体系文件2)协调跨部门团队，推动内部和市场问题快速解决3)跟踪并分析质量数据，识别风险和改进机会，推动持续改善4)规划并实施CAV Core及相关质量控制实践，确保装配过程符合标准5)创建并维护QG\PDI检验清单，保障检验有效性6)改进检查与测试方法，优化测量工具和设备，提升检测准确性与效率7)推进质量数据数字化和可视化建设8)维护并持续优化质量管理系统（如AQE、DQE等）9)评估ECN、PCN、Deviation等变更事项的质量风险，制定风险控制措施10)探索、设计并推动新型数字化质量管理工具及系统开发岗位要求
1)具备撰写RCCA报告的能力2)大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料或相关专业3)三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉制造业流程4)熟悉质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、CP）5)熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系6)良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备跨部门沟通协调能力7)英语读写能力良好
8）为人正直，强烈的责任心和团队精神
