How you’ll make an impact Â
Develop strong relationships with FCC’s Alliance partners to support and expand the Input Financing Program.As a Territory Relationship Manager, you’lladd value andidentify opportunities within the crop input sector, ensuring partners have access tofinancial solutions that meet their customers’needs for seed, fertilizer, andotherrelated inputs. You’llplay a keyrolein delivering a seamless customer experiencewhileenhancingthe reach and effectiveness ofthe program.Â
What you’ll doÂ
Manage business-to-business relationships with crop input partners
Meetprogram targets and maintain strong partner relationships through regular reviews and needs assessmentsÂ
Travel extensively within your territory to support partners and identify growth opportunitiesÂ
Collaborate across business lines to enhance customer experience using FCC’s full value propositionÂ
Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and toolsÂ
Identify risk situations and support next steps with leadershipÂ
Ensure smooth information and documentation flow between Alliance partners and FCC teamsÂ
What you’ll bring to the team Â
Required qualifications: Â
A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance Â
At least four years of related experience (oranequivalent combination of education and experience)Â
Proven experience with business development and consultationÂ
Knowledge ofindustry trends,lending, marketing and sales practicesÂ
Understanding of corporate structures and program managementÂ
Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)Â
Preferred qualifications:  Â
Experience with credit and risk analysisÂ
Bilingualism (English and French) isan assetÂ
