MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

To manage stock and cashier team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS

• Keepsellingfloor andmerchandiseneat,organizedandstocked
• Assistinthemaintenanceof allinventoryinthestockroomand onthesellingfloor
• Assistinall areasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol/policiesand allshipping/receiving relatedpaperwork.
• Participateininventories
• Complywith allPoint-of-Sale policiesandprocedures
• Properlyexecute allrelevant registerfunctions
• Adheretoworkschedule, inclusiveoftime andattendance
• Participateinallrelevant traininganddevelopment seminars, programsand meetingsasdirectedbystoremanagement

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
• Buildandmaintainrepeatclientele;utilize clientbook
• Resolveall clientproblemsandcomplaints quicklyandeffectively, ensuringclientsatisfaction
