Audit & Controlling Manager

What will your functions be?

En dependencia directa del CFO global de TIBA, este rol se responsabilizará de:

• Supervisar lacontabilidad y el reporting financiero de las distintas filiales y la matriz corporativa.
• Coordinar la elaboración deforecasts y reporting consolidado.
• Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de la información financiera para la toma de decisiones.
• Implementar y mejorarprocesos de control interno y herramientas financieras.
• Monitorizar KPIs financieros y detectar oportunidades de mejora enrentabilidad y eficiencia.
• Coordinarauditorías internas y externas, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo.
• Actuar como punto de contacto entre dirección financiera y los equipos locales/internacionales.
• Participar en proyectos estratégicos (expansión, M&A, optimización de procesos).

What are we looking for?

• Titulación superior enADE, Económicas o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de5-8 años en control financiero/auditoría, preferiblemente en entorno multinacional.
• Experiencia previa engestión de equipos/personal a cargo.
• Valorable experiencia previa enauditoría o consultoría financiera.
• Imprescindible nivel alto deinglés (entorno internacional).
• Dominio avanzado deExcel y herramientas de reporting.
