Main Purpose of Role:

Provide end-to-end analytical support for GBS and Enterprise Projects (via GBS) with a focus on data science, machine learning and data cleansing.

Role Accountabilities:

•Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preprocessing data for analysis to ensure high-quality datasets.

•Model Development: Support the development of predictive models and algorithms to analyze data and derive insights.

•Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.

•Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement solutions.

•Data Visualization: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively

Functional/Business skills 

•Experience building, training, and deploying ML systems

•Data ingestion, model training, ongoing validation

•Building LLM based workflows

•Must have extensive PBi skills

Essential Knowledge / Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related quantitative field (with data science or analytics focus)

•Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail

•Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goal

•Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, including providing stakeholder updates and communications

•Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
