Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing L1 support for business-critical retail applications, including POS, ERP, inventory, Fintech, and e-commerce platforms, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help investigate and troubleshoot basic application-related issues, escalating more complex cases to senior support staff.
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to help identify issues and support the implementation of fixes.
  • Support the team during application updates, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
  • Help document solutions and contribute to maintaining the knowledge base for ongoing operations.
  • Assist in monitoring data flow between systems (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM) and flag any irregularities.
  • Support regular system health checks and help monitor logs under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and providing basic end-user support as needed.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of application support concepts; exposure to POS, ERP, or e-commerce systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic troubleshooting logic.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well within a team.
  • Ability to manage tasks and follow up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT/Application Support or related technical fields.
