Hiring: Body Shop Technician

• Pay: We will pay based on experience/ commission-based job. The more hours you turn the more money you can make.
• Schedule:full-time position and hours are 8:00-6:00pm, no weekends( hours are negotiable

The primary role is replacing suspension, engines, transmissions, air bags, brakes, ac repair, wire harness repair and replace , scanning and calibrating the new technology , 4-wheel alignments , mount, and balance.

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Follow all safety requirements and track repair time.
• Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
• Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
• Maintain and use required tools, returning special tools after use.
• Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
• Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
• Communicate with team members and report safety or operational concerns.

What You'll Bring

• 6 months experience in vehicle repair
• Honda technician experience
• Take pride in producing high-quality repairs
• Safely operate body shop tools, equipment, and repair systems
• Full set of tools
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Manage multiple repairs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
