Corporate English Proficiency Trainer

Our Skopje office has grown to 20+ people across multiple departments over the past two years. 

As the American English Dialect Coach, you will be working with each team member individually and as a group to improve their everyday vocabulary, pronunciation and professional speech clarity to drive accent reduction. 

This is an on-site role in Skopje, Monday through Friday, from 14:00 to 23:00.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess the current English proficiency of all team members. 
• Create personalized plans tailored to each employee’s individual needs. 
• Teach pronunciation, accent reduction, written and verbal grammar and spelling, etc.
• Individual and group coaching.
• Provide regular progress tracking and feedback to management.

• Highly communicative.
• Fluent in American English, both spoken and written. 
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accent reduction, pronunciation coaching, speech instruction or a similar field.
• Experienced in creating tailored training programs for individuals at all levels of English competency.
• Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or certified accent/ESL training credentials.
• Ability to work flexibly around team members' schedules on-site in Skopje.
