Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating with various disciplines to ensure seamless integration within the project ecosystem. This role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The position requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, managing testing processes, and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate test progress and defect management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of quality practices are central to the daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across the application lifecycle.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics including test execution and defect resolution.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
- Skilled in analyzing business and functional requirements to design effective test plans.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
